ORDERS

What are your payment methods?

We are accepting Cash/Card payments upon delivery. Our drivers will be carrying a credit card machine for your convenience. 

What happens after I have placed my order?

Once you place your order, we will send you an email to confirm your order. We will contact you to schedule a delivery time within 24 to 48 hours from Saturday to Thursday.

How can I cancel my order?

Please notify us as soon as you decided to cancel your order and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. To cancel the order, kindly email us info@lamisebeauty.com with your Name, Contact Number and reason why you would like to cancel your order. 

Make sure to write “Cancel” in the subject title along with your order and personal information.

SHIPPING

Is there a delivery charge?

We provide free deliveries for orders above 200 Dhs.

For orders below 200 Dhs, there will be a delivery fee of 15 Dhs within the UAE.

For orders outside of the UAE, please contact info@lamisebeauty.com.

REFUND

What is your exchange & refund policy?

At Lamise, we do not offer exchanges on any products.
We kindly ask our customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.

If you have received a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you.

Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

The product is damaged

The product is expired

The wrong item was delivered

Please note, we cannot offer refunds if:

The product has been opened or used

The item was purchased on sale

To request a return, contact info@lamisebeauty.com with your order number and issue.
We offer free pick-up within 3 working days, or you may drop off the item at:

After inspection, store credit will be issued if the return is approved.

EXCHANGE

Can I exchange my product?

At Lamise, we do not offer exchanges on any products.

We kindly ask our customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.

PRODUCT

Are all of your products from Korea?

We can assure you that all of our products are genuine and they come straight to us from Korea to Dubai.

I'm not sure what to buy. Can you give some advice on whichproductst are best for me?

Absolutely! We would love to answer any questions you may have and help you learn more about the products on our site. E-mail us atinfo@lamisebeauty.com for any advice. We will do our best to reply as soon as possible!

How do I recommend brands or products I want to see on the site?
