Before each use, give the bottle a good shake to activate the carbonated/bubble formula. Part your hair in sections to expose the scalp. Hold the nozzle close to the scalp and spray/apply the tonic directly onto the areas that feel irritated or congested (typically the crown and temples). Immediately after application, you will feel/hear the bubbles popping. Use your fingertips to firmly massage the scalp in circular motions. This helps the tonic penetrate and maximizes the cooling effect. This is a leave-in treatment. Simply let it absorb into your scalp as you style your hair as usual.
